Up from the ashes,

It was not on purpose to forget updatin the blog, but I have been working on quite a load of work the last weeks and LJ have completely slipped my mind at som time, and when it got back again, I thought: HM! might it be an idea to create a own webpage, and got this briliant idea to set up a blog on this said webpage, but after vast use of bad language later, I must admit defeat until later notice. Englands nice, I had my first day in shorts and t-shirt yesterday and the surfers down on the beach was rather stupid and thought the could get som goo waves in this weather, and I have found a most amazing plaze to shop: Uptown Girl(no pun, got the awesomest industrial shirts) and I was in church today out of free will, I think I never have gone in church of free will ever actually. Well back to barnbrook and Corby :)

Also: Israel should fuck itself.

Hard week ---> Good week

So now have Cathrine and her friend been over here for a week, i've been in bed tipsy about four of seven day and the last night I was utterly pissed and a damn fine lad compared to the tyrants I have kept reading about at uni. It is still a miracle that I was awake at ten this morning and sitting in a jolly state of hangover in the libary, sourcing images for the book project(Now Dylan's wait for breakfast) ANyways even though this have been the most stressful week i've had in ages, conserning I had a mongis group at uni and was/is very worried that Cathrine and linda might not have a good time. Next weekend: OZLO! :D :D :D

Burning Bridges

So knowledge is power you say? What if I then say: knowledge is sometimes a curse? Looking after something new, always wants to know everything, is that healthy? I mean, you can of course make a huge fortune as a scholar, but if you always need to use 100% of your resources on one matter at a time, aren't you afraid of losing the matters you leave behind? you forget them, bin it in the back of your head and when you ten years later, by accident spark those memories again, what will they be like? Happy? Unfinished? Do you not regret anything? Leaving the past behind is good, but some mistakes should be burned into you flesh so you not do them again. I talk about those catastrophic failures of falling back on past failures, not evolving as a human but digging yourself into the darkest, safest corners in the world you ever knew, not wanting to communicate with the outside because you like it inside.

And before you know you are forced outside and immedietly think "what did I do"?

"last updated 3 weeks ago"

I am lazy, or maybe not, anyways through series of uncontrolled events, livejournal have been on the bottom of priority.

That doesn't mean I do not live, I am alive and fit, have just come from a weekend in London with a couple of friends, doing mindless shopping and even more mindless drinking. The idea was, to take a night out, more specifically the saturday night, but lo and behold, we ended up on a pubcrawl instead and the first place we was, was there half an hour of free shots, which was heavily used of course :) you can say that half hour took its mark on the rest of the night.

On sunday, me and audun was left on ourselves until we was taking the bus home, so we thought going to Camden markets was a great idea in a groggy hangover-mood, the idea was excelent by the way. Now i'm sitting back on the mac and tries to assemble together some ideas on a double page on Cencorship :)

Holidays!

Hihi! I am so bad at blogging in the holidays :)

Life's good, I get propped with good food , have gotten loads of nice pressies and don't need to make my own food, which is relaxing. Most of the time I use on praticualry nothing and now and then I grab the pen and do some sketching done, though most of the sketching is by experimenting in PS and AI mostly.

Got a great present from the family, a ticket for Alien Sex Fiend in Oslo in February, so it is not that long till I will be back in Norway :)

I miss Bournemouth now though.

Christmas in the old Kingdom!

Back! Fini! or aat last with the first rush of my course, I still need to fix the borough shite, but that can wait fie more minutes. In Norway all is seemingly okay, Mongstad is fucked, I come home a day before my sisters b-party = lewds of work and me being not too eager about washing three floors(maybe I should do it in England soon)
Anyways according to my parents they did not wreck anything and everything's cool and all.

Had a sip of coffee with Kenneth again last night, really nice to see him again and rant about highly intellectual things again. its been a while :) Hope to see Eirik and Helen by the end if the week -ish. and maybe try to organize a small reunion from the media-classes between xmas and new year :)

Now! music!

I'M ALIVE!

Didn't expect that, did you eh? Haven't posted here in a while of several reasons; we have interesting schoolwork and I suck at managing time. That does't mean I don't have fun of course :) Cathrine and.... Linda? is coming over here in january! extravagated(?) of seeing Cathrine again and a bit stressed because now I need to make a plan of at least a week worth of fun things to do in Bournemouth, except of drinking and laughing at ugly people(inside me)

I need to assemble a whishlist, and when I started on it, I realised its only filled with different books and "soft" presents O.o I'm starting to grow up! Which is a bad thing of course. The current draft look like this:

Rookledge's Typefinder (Book)
Routldges(Book)
The End of Print(Book)
Tousers(why do I feel pants is better to write?)
Jacket
Beanie(Norsk: Lue)
Anything black with some kind of zippers/chains/lock/aluminic device intended for industry on it.
Cookbooks
Even more Cookbooks
Books about Graphic design, preferably Typography.

I don't write music because there are 0.07% chance I get something I like.

It will be strange to come back to my family again, I have kind get used to live by myself now.
